Job Title: Nursery Practitioner – Level 2
Hours: We offer flexible options! Choose from part-time or full-time hours, starting from just 2 full days up to 4 full days a week.
Salary: Enjoy a competitive rate of £13.26 per hour.

Located in a beautiful village, we love to take local walks and immerse ourselves in the community. Our spacious gardens are perfect for outdoor adventures, featuring an allotment area, mud kitchens, and sunken sandpits. Plus, our preschoolers are excited to start forest school at the local grounds, and we’re launching a woodwork station for hands-on learning!

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Nursery Practitioner, your main duties will include:
- Creating stimulating and purposeful experiences tailored to children's age and development.
- Ensuring compliance with the statutory framework for the EYFS.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the nursery.
- Supporting the smooth running of the nursery and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children, staff, and families.
- Building strong professional relationships and addressing any concerns in line with company policy.
- Facilitating a key person approach to help children form secure attachments.
- Participating in regular team meetings to stay updated on priorities and policies.
Note: Duties may evolve, and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Requirements and SkillsTo thrive in this role, you will need:
- A full and relevant Level 2 childcare qualification (essential).
- Fluency in written and spoken English (essential).
- Over 1 year of experience in Early Years (desirable).
- Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements (desirable).
