Join Our Team as a Nursery Practitioner - Level 3!

Hours: 40 hours per week (4.5 days)
Salary: £13.58 per hour

As a Level 3 Practitioner, you’ll be part of a committed team that creates a friendly, welcoming, and secure atmosphere for children aged 0-5 years, as well as an out-of-school club for kids up to 12 years old. Depending on your strengths, you’ll either work with our youngest children (0-3 years) or support preschoolers and the out-of-school club (3-12 years).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences tailored to children's age and development.
  • Ensure compliance with the statutory framework for the EYFS.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the nursery.
  • Support the smooth running of the nursery and ensure the safety and wellbeing of children, staff, and families.
  • Build professional relationships and report any concerns to management as per company policy.
  • Facilitate a strong key person approach to help children form secure attachments.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to stay updated on key priorities and company policies.
Requirements and Skills
  • Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification (essential).
  • Fluency in written and spoken English (essential).
  • Over 1 year of experience in Early Years (desirable).
  • Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements (desirable).
