Permanent Part-time | 32 hours per week | £12.84 per hour - L3 - £13.58 per hour

We Have Two Positions Available: Monday - Thursday and Tuesday - Friday

Welcome to Footsteps Binley Nursery , where we create a warm and inviting environment for children aged birth to five years. We prioritize outdoor experiences, ensuring children regularly enjoy fresh air, build confidence, and develop essential life skills through hands-on learning.

Join us in promoting children's development through both planned and child-led activities. You'll have the chance to participate in exciting extracurricular activities, including monthly sessions in French, Football, and Arts and Crafts. We encourage our staff to engage with the wider community alongside the children, with outings to local spots like the post office, shops, or parks to enhance physical development. Plus, we provide training during your initial weeks to ensure a smooth transition into our team!

Essential Criteria - Qualifications/Experience:

• Full and relevant Level 2 Childcare Qualification - Essential
• Over 1 year's experience working in Early Years - Essential
• Previous experience with babies under 2 years old - Desirable
• Sound knowledge of Ofsted expectations for achieving a Good or Outstanding rating - Desirable
• Knowledge of the statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - Essential
• Fluency in written and spoken English - Essential
