Salary: £35,360.00 per annum

In this dynamic position, you will:
- Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences tailored to children's age and development.
- Enhance children's physical, intellectual, social, and emotional development.
- Assist staff in updating the EyLog system and maintaining high-quality learning journals.
- Lead by example, promoting respect and credibility in your role.
- Support the key person approach to help children form secure attachments.
- Maintain accurate records related to children and staff on the EyMan system.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff member, parent, and visitor.
- Understand and meet the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS.

What You Need to SucceedTo thrive in this role, you should have:
- Full and relevant Level 3 in Childcare qualification: Essential.
- Over 1 year of experience in Early Years: Essential.
- Over 6 months of experience in a senior position: Desirable.
- Sound knowledge of Ofsted expectations: Desirable.
- Knowledge of the statutory framework for the EYFS: Essential.
- Fluency in written and spoken English: Essential.
