Identify, evaluate and structure key bookers for maximum financial delivery whilst maintaining maximum value. Develop a network of senior managers within the hospitality sector and represent the organisation at business sector events. Host Client events with the GM and hotel team. Obtain market intelligence, promote the organisation, and enhance its reputation Connect with key account managers in securing inclusion on RFPs. Network with brand managers and key brand stakeholders to maximize brand contribution. Engaging with colleagues across the city to support leverage of the brand to embrace Manchester as the destination. Embrace the ongoing training system used to ensure all leads/enquiries are captured and responses are completed within the brands target response times. Support local initiatives to drive PR and social media. Work with the team seeking opportunities to drive rate through identifying projects, new business movement to the area. Seek cross selling opportunities through key account management. Applies knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organization's goals. For example, ensure that the team understands and discusses relevant industry changes. Gives strong messages about how people's efforts make a difference to the broader organisation. Effective management of CRM Financial Support Create and manage a sales pipeline. Collect and analyse market data and intelligence to inform marketing and sales decisions Work with the leadership team to create financial reports and be accountable for the forecast and delivery of pipeline revenue. Complete analysis and establish actions plan to drive market share and revenue. Support the GM in managing the costs ensuring best value. Achieve revenue targets. Behavioral Competencies A confident communicator who possesses a charismatic and engaging personality with an ability to create strong customer relationships. Builds and cultivates partnerships and alliances with new and existing customers. Experienced in the use of Microsoft office 365 and familiar with the PMS systems, Opera, Cvent, Marriott operating systems. Have experience in revenue management either as a past revenue/ FOH manager or having worked closely with a centralized Revenue Management team Full UK Driving License
