项目工程师 Project Engineer

1. Perform optical, ergonomic and energy efficiency tests on display products according to international/domestic/self-developed standards, record and analyze test data, ensure the accuracy and timeliness of test data. 根据国际/国内/自研标准，对显示产品执行光学、人体工学和能效测试，记录并分析测试数据，确保测试数据的准确性和及时性。

2. Participation in laboratory management including but not limited to: equipment/consumables purchases, equipment maintenance and calibration, environmental controls (e.g., temperature, humidity etc.), sample management, internal/external audits, 5S requirements. 参与实验室管理， 包括但不限于：设备/耗材购买，设备维护、保养、计量，环境控制（如温度、湿度、杂散光等）、样品管理、内部/外部审核、5S要求。

3. Prepare test data reports, test report, work instructions and technical documents to ensure compliance with quality requirements. Study international/domestic/self-developed standards and participate in the development and improvement of internal testing processes. 编写测试数据报告、测试报告、作业指导书及技术文档，确保符合质量体系要求。学习国际/国内/自研标准，参与制定和优化内部测试流程。

4. Participate in the development of new standards, provide test validation feedback; collaborate with project engineers and customers to assist in the development of test standard. Track cutting-edge testing technology, support the upgrading of testing method and testing programs. 参与新标准研发，提供测试验证反馈；与项目工程师、客户协作，协助制定测试方案。跟踪前沿测试技术，推动测试手法和测试方案升级。

5. Support sales and team leader to visit client and provide technical support. 支持销售和部门经理拜访客户并提供技术支持。

1. Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree. 最低学历要求：本科

2. Minimum professional experience: 1 year. 最低工作经验要求：1年

3. Minimum requirement: Good reading and writing skills in English. 良好的英语读写能力

4. EE knowledge (Energy efficiency requirement for external power supply, display product and BCS). 掌握能效标准和测试相关知识

5. Ergonomics (ISO 9241, TCO, EK1:ITB2000). 掌握光学人体光学相关知识
