Student Worker/Intern

Job Description:

• 协助战略与并购团队进行市场研究、行业分析以及潜在并购目标的筛选和评估。 Assist the Strategy & M&A team in conducting market research, industry analysis, and screening and evaluating potential M&A targets.
• 支持团队完成财务模型的搭建与分析，为并购交易提供数据支持。 Support the team in building and analyzing financial models to provide data support for M&A transactions.
• 参与尽职调查流程，包括数据收集、分析和报告撰写。 Participate in due diligence processes, including data collection, analysis, and report preparation.
• 协助准备高质量的演示文稿和报告，用于内部决策和客户沟通。 Assist in preparing high-quality presentations and reports for internal decision-making and client communication.
• 跟踪行业动态，分析市场趋势，为战略规划提供支持。 Monitor industry developments, analyze market trends, and support strategic planning.

Job Requirements:

• 在金融、经济、管理或相关领域拥有本科或研究生学历背景。 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree background in Finance, Economics, Management, or related fields.
• 熟练使用Excel、PowerPoint等办公软件，具备财务建模和数据分析能力。 Proficient in using Excel, PowerPoint, and other office tools, with skills in financial modeling and data analysis.
• 对战略规划和并购交易有浓厚兴趣，具备基本的财务知识和商业敏感度。 Strong interest in strategic planning and M&A transactions, with basic financial knowledge and business acumen.
• 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够在快节奏的环境中高效工作。 Excellent communication skills and a strong team player, capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• 优秀的中英文书面和口头表达能力。 Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
