About

Looking for a

Design Operations Director

to help our Experience talent do their best work. In order to develop and maintain a healthy Experience organization, we need highly efficient operations and an innovative, colleague-centric culture. With a focus on the Americas, you will help build and manage scalable internal processes and tools that remove overhead from our experience leaders, help develop a common culture, and evolve processes, systems, and programs that enable the PS Experience capability to scale with strength. Help us unlock the value that PS Experience needs to deliver bold change to better serve our clients. In this role you will: Work closely with the Global Design Ops Lead, driving craft maturity and shaping and realizing the internal Design Ops strategy. Develop a client-facing Design Ops offering, collaborate with Industry Leads in identifying opportunities to scale services, and shape/manage Design Ops client engagements. Build a deep understanding of Experience internal operational needs and opportunities across the Americas business, including process, tools, documentation, communication, asset management, etc. Solve complex operational problems that enable Experience’s strategy, balancing rigor and usability in solutions. Evolve, define, and operationalize our processes, tools, and practices across geographies. Capture, catalogue, and disseminate content for reuse across offices/teams/clients. Develop, communicate, and provide education around key health and performance metrics, covering commercial and talent (e.g., margin and revenue, utilization, skill needs, resource use, team performance, and talent health and engagement). Collaborate with senior leaders to champion an internal Experience culture, one that seeks to raise the bar on performance to deliver outsized impact for clients and internal initiatives. Organize and facilitate events – town halls, work shares, and other communities. Manage and report on the Americas investment budget, collaborating with senior leaders to develop spend plans and business cases. Establish, maintain, and leverage connections across the Americas business, from the Experience Capability to Industry Teams, internal service teams, and across SPEED Capability Groups. Manage Design Operations team members, supporting them with their growth and impact.
