OBJECTIVE:
Support activities within the sales group of an American manufacturer with emphasis in agricultural products. Provide customer service to all dealers and distribution. Responsibilities include sales support for all managers. Activities would include identifying leads and reaching targets through telephone, email, webinar and direct interactions.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Make outbound calls to existing clients to cross sell and up sell
Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls, convert into sales, or pass along to necessary departments
Ensure leads are passed to team with call-to-actions, complete profile information
Collaborate with team to make necessary strategic sales tactics
Maintain company database through CRM
Assist in sales proposals to potential clients
Support inbound pricing
When necessary, support marketing efforts at trade shows and events
Attend periodic sales training meetings
Resolve product or service problems. Find issues, determine the cause, select the solution, expedite the correction, follow-up to ensure satisfaction
Courtesy calls to dormant accounts
Assist in warranty claims directly from customers and dealer channels
Record all calls in Salesforce
Monitor customer care through Salesforce
Work with logistics to move products through channels in timely fashion
Work with billing and AR as needed
Willing to travel periodically as needed
Other duties as assigned
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Communicate clearly via telephone and computer
Prolonged sitting, occasional bending, pushing, pulling
Occasional light lifting 10-20lbs
Repetitive hand motion, keyboarding, use of mouse, telephone and similar machines
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Math skills to perform basic calculations.
Knowledge of Microsoft office
Read and write in English.
