Shift:
7:00 AM - 5:30 PM Experience: • 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Travel experience is required from any number of months. • Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months. Requirements: • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. • 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services. Additional Details: Required Skills/Experience: Work Settings: Diagnostic Cardiac Cath Lab, Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab. Procedures: Cardiac Stent Placement, Diagnostic Catheterizations Adult, IABP Placement/Removal, Impella insertion, Left heart catheterization, Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI), Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty (PTCA), Right heart catheterization, Rotablader athrectomy, Temporary Pacemaker, Ventricular Assist Device Insertion. Equipment: Fluoroscopy, Siemens. Procedural Responsibilities: Accurate monitoring, Equipment set up, Perform EKG lead placement, Prep access site, Recognition of life-threatening arrhythmias, Room circulator, Scrub- maintain sterile field, Vascular Closure Systems (Perclose, StarClose). Preferred Skills/Experience: Work Settings: Special Procedures. Procedures: Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT), Pulmonary Artery (PA) line insertion, Transcatheter Aortic Valve implantation/Replacement (TAVI/TAVR), Watchman. EMR: EPIC, McKesson. Professional Knowledge and Skills: Use of Rapid Response team Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission. Shift & Scheduling: On-Call: Yes, typically 6 evenings and one weekend per 6 weeks. Weekends: Typically one weekend per 6 weeks on standby. Must respond within 30 minutes of call back.
