About The Role Our client is seeking a talented Frontend Engineer to join their growing in-house engineering team. The ideal candidate will be a strong collaborator with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving, excited to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment. Responsibilities Work on customer-facing web applications, building intuitive and performant UIs. Build intuitive and efficient user interfaces with a focus on data visualization (charts, graphs, and dashboards). Work closely with product, design, and backend engineers to create a seamless user experience. Improve and migrate legacy frontend code to align with an evolving platform. Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to best practices in frontend development. Assist in developing internal tools to support business and operational needs. Collaborate in agile development cycles, participate in standups, and contribute to team planning and retrospectives. About You Experience in frontend development with modern JavaScript frameworks. Proficiency in React and Next.js (or a strong ability to ramp up quickly). Experience working with data-heavy applications and building dashboards with charts and graphs. Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and frontend state management. Understanding of performance optimization for large-scale web applications. Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving. Collaborative mindset-able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Bonus: Experience with Highcharts, or other data visualization libraries.
