Position Overview :
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Business Development Representative with 1-3 years of experience to join our sales team. This full-time, office-based position offers valuable exposure to business development within the Life Sciences sector, including Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, Industrial, and Manufacturing. You will work closely with the sales manager to drive new business opportunities, assist in lead generation, outreach efforts, and help schedule client meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with existing clients and vendors to schedule meetings with the sales manager and identify new opportunities
Conduct cold calls and email outreach to potential clients for lead generation
Support the sales team by scheduling appointments with prospects and vendors
Help prepare and participate in sales presentations, and attend client meetings when required
Collaborate with the sales manager to address client and vendor needs
Track sales data and assist with reporting to support business growth
Maintain organized records of client interactions and sales activities
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation
Experience with cold calling, outreach, and appointment setting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Must be located in or near Iselin, NJ (no sponsorship provided)
Must be able to work onsite at the office
Open to local candidates available for full-time work
