Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with a strong inside sales focus to assist customers, answer inquiries, and provide guidance on product selection. The ideal candidate will have bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to upsell inventory while maintaining a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email, answering questions about products and services.
Provide product recommendations, upsell inventory, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Perform data entry to track sales, inventory, and customer information.
Read and interpret tape measures for product specifications and orders.
Handle basic math calculations related to sales, measurements, and invoices.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring product displays are appealing and well-stocked.
Show initiative in problem-solving, assisting team members, and improving workflow.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Qualifications:
Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
Prior experience in customer service and inside sales
Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math calculations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, common-sense approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Comfortable using computers for data entry and order processing.
Schedule:
Monday to Saturday availability 8:30am to 5pm
Will have Sunday off and one day during the week.
