Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or other related discipline or equivalent work experience Must be able to produce college transcripts showing a minimum 3.0 GPA 5+ years’ experience selling digital audiences or digital agency media buying 3+ years using Salesforce or a closely related sales force automation system 3+ years’ experience working with Google AdWords, Solimar, Adelphic, and/or other audience creation and execution platforms 3+ years demonstrated ability to analyze campaign data to drive marketing strategies and derive actionable insights from data Proven experience with developing new campaigns, executing and auditing established campaigns and provide recommendations and restructuring solutions to improve performance Must be a US citizen or authorized to work in the United States Responsibilities

The Vice President of Digital Sales is a client-facing role and will work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment to generate and grow digital sales This individual will be responsible for developing, executing and managing audience sales for paid digital marketing campaigns (syndicated as well as brand-specific and custom) across multiple vertical markets to achieve exceptional ROI for our clients and generate exceptional growth for our Company This Vice President will be a leader on the digital agency team, assist in training new associates and as an individual contributor will focus on establishing Wiland as a leader with DSPs, DMPs and other digital companies by selling and managing integrations of our digital audiences into the DAPs Passionately sell, implement and manage Wiland audiences for successful paid media campaigns to Digital Agencies, demonstrating revenue/lead goals, efficiency and volume to ensure high profitability and digital revenue growth Continually offer Audiences for Agency campaigns and offer recommendations based on data-driven evaluations to improve the campaigns Understand Paid Media buying customers and prospects and provide suggestions and recommendations Monitoring competitive landscape and industry trends / constantly reviewing the marketplace for new digital media opportunities Prospecting a minimum of 25+ contacts weekly Driving growth in the sales efforts to meet or exceed team and company objectives by contributing to ad volumes for prospective agencies and their clients Establishing and maintaining relationships with Digital Agencies through face-to-face meetings, conference calls, ZOOM, and presentations The position requires travel, which varies seasonally, but could be approximately 50% on an annual basis In addition to meeting with prospective clients, travel also includes trade shows, conferences, etc The goal of travel is to establish a positive rapport and build a relationship with potential clients, and continually provide professional, positive exposure to Wiland at all meetings Continually evaluate new opportunities for growth and expansion within established clients (agencies and platforms) and develop POVs based on new findings Job Details
