Qualifications
Have an expertise in semiconductors and hardware architecture with a strong ability to write content to a broader audience
Be familiar with memory and storage technologies as well as industry trends
Demonstrate a proven ability to take deep technical concepts and craft narratives around them
Be conversant with generative AI tools for written content creation and editing
Experience with creating compelling thought leadership content for B2B audiences
Be comfortable working in ambiguity, with agility and speed in decision making
Demonstrate strong project management skills
Have the ability to develop cross-functional communication and build relationships
Be an advocate for diversity and inclusion
10+ years of blended experience in engineering, preferably in the semiconductor industry, datacenter industry, technical marketing, product development or design
Undergraduate or Master’s degree in electrical engineering, physical engineering or related field
Experience with Marketing, Communication and/or related field
Experience in a large, fast growing, fast paced company and/or in the high-tech sector
Responsibilities
Creating technical content to support product and technology launches and go-to-market campaigns across various segments (data center, mobile, client, intelligent edge)
Working closely with multiple business units within Micron, as well as investor relations and our technology group to create narratives and stories in the form of white papers, videos, blogs and infographics
Reporting to the Director of BTDM and being an integral partner to additional team members, business unit collaborators, and collaborators within the broader marketing team
Leading development of technical content (white papers, blogs, videos, infographics, etc.)
Guiding narrative/messaging development around key technology shifts such as artificial intelligence, intelligent edge and 5G
Developing technology leadership content across multiple marketing channels like web, social, Micron Now, Industry events, media partners
Making the highly complex more accessible for a wider audience
Interacting directly with product managers to identify new marketing opportunities, preparing regular marketing activity reports, and responding to questions from the sales organization

Individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training
