NOW HIRING: Transportation Process & Design Manager We seek candidates with a positive attitude, collaborative spirit, passion for solving problems, and a sense of humor. Previous experience with supply chain and driving implementation of new solutions (tech and process) to field teams is required. Candidates should be strong critical thinkers with strong communication skills and the ability to engage with varying stakeholders - senior leaders (field and corporate), design teams, and field users. While there are no hard technical or software requirements, good comfort with data and use of Excel for basic analysis is necessary. Responsibilities

Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure a common understanding and bring a mix of expertise to the design process. Identify and document gaps between ideal process and the current process and surface opportunities for resolution via both tech and process solutions. Work with the Tech teams to develop the business cases required to facilitate the ideal processes. Communicate effectively both written and verbally to ensure a consistent common understanding that allows multiple teams to work to a single vision. Spend time with teams across the organization, especially front-line teams, to gain a deep hands-on understanding of existing processes. Develop effective governance structures to make decisions transparent and keep all stakeholders fully informed of priorities, risks, and roadblocks. Define the operational processes required to support new business opportunities and growth, from a macro perspective and iterating to a step-by-step process map. Be great to work with!
