The Vice President Sales & Marketing directly manages the Sales and Marketing organization and reports to the President of IDEX Health and Science (IH&S) and is part of the IH&S Leadership Team. Responsibilities: The VP Sales & Marketing is responsible for the sales & marketing strategy, execution, and performance. Provide leadership, strategic vision, and functional expertise to lead global Sales and Marketing colleagues across North America, Europe, and Asia. Accountable for building and leading the strategy for training and development of the sales function. Develop and deploy strategies to achieve sustainable, profitable growth. Ability to travel a minimum of 50% of the time. Requirements & Experience: A dynamic leader with a successful track record of growth and exceeding plan. Global Sales & Marketing Leadership experience in 300M+ businesses with specific experience in Life Science Instruments required. Proven record of building a high performing organization; demonstrated success in leading Sales and Marketing organizations. Deep knowledge of technologies and applications in the Life Sciences / Biotech market preferred. Excellent communication, relationship building, and leadership skills. Total Rewards The compensation range for this position is $210,000.00 - $315,000.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for a performance-based bonus plan.
