Sales Manager We’re seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. This role oversees daily operations, drives performance, and develops future leaders. Hire, train, and coach sales reps (run training classes & workshops) Lead weekly meetings, track performance, and drive quota achievement Ride alongs and in field coaching Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews 3+ years in sales, 1+ year in sales management ~ High school diploma or equivalent ~ Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Draw, commission & bonuses paid weekly Benefits: Medical, dental, vision (after 30 days) Full-time, weekends required Field-based role
