Job Summary: Join our dynamic team as a Workers Compensation Sales Manager! Your primary mission will be to cultivate and strengthen relationships with insurance agents while collaborating internally with our underwriting team. Position yourself as the go-to expert in workers compensation, providing valuable insight and support to your agents. Key Responsibilities: Drive premium goals in a profitable manner while aligning with company financial objectives. Create and implement a producer management process that prioritizes customer satisfaction. Stay updated on market trends for new products and processes. Develop education and training programs for agents, underwriters, loss control consultants, and claims examiners to enhance efficiency and results. Conduct annual producer profiles and create actionable plans. Collaborate with internal teams to innovate automated efficiencies and improve customer communication. Perform regular visits to agencies, promoting company offerings and developing strong producer-underwriter relationships. Identify and pursue quality new appointments while managing agency performance. Act as a facilitator and problem solver, addressing any issues with agencies promptly. Oversee agency audits and recommend actions based on findings. Prepare monthly reports analyzing competition and producer performance metrics. Coordinate efforts with the Loss Control, Underwriting, and Claims teams to achieve production goals. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree. Five years of experience in insurance and/or sales. Proven ability to work independently and solve technical issues related to workers' compensation. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Valid state driver’s license and a clean driving record. Strong organizational skills and goal-oriented mindset. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated sales success in the workers comp or insurance industry. Compensation: Base salary range is $71,000 - $100,000, plus quarterly bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
