We offer paid relocation to our training facility in Cincinnati, Ohio, where you will learn from top brokers in the industry. Following your training and the establishment of your own book of business, TQL will assist in relocating you again to one of our 60+ offices nationwide. POSITION IS LOCATED IN CINCINNATI - PAID RELOCATION PROVIDED

What you’ll do:
Partner with a successful freight broker for 26 weeks
Conduct outreach calls and build relationships to grow your book of business
Engage with new and existing customers to close sales
Negotiate prices with customers and carriers
Oversee daily shipments and resolve issues to ensure timely delivery
Maintain proactive and honest communication both internally and externally
What you need:
Willingness to work full-time, 100% in-office
Entrepreneurial mindset and strong determination to excel
Effective negotiation skills and professionalism in conflict resolution
Passion for providing exceptional customer service
College degree preferred
