Description Statement of Purpose: The Sales Account Executive plays a critical role in driving business growth by securing orders or contracts for Tradesmen's services. This position focuses on engaging contractors and educating them about the unique value Tradesmen International offers. This role not only seeks new business but also enhances existing Client relationships, promoting increased utilization of Tradesmen International's services and workforce. Major Responsibilities: Sales Generation and Growth: Consistently achieves and exceeds sales targets established by the company. Effectively communicates Client needs to the Operations team. Identifies and cultivates sales leads and opportunities. Conducts sales presentations and makes direct sales calls to Clients. Educates potential Clients about the benefits of utilizing a skilled variable workforce to boost productivity and profitability. Partners with new Clients to explain the advantages and terms of engaging with Tradesmen International. Ensures timely collection of payments, personally delivering the first few invoices to establish a healthy payment routine. Participates in trade association events and networking opportunities. Client Relationship Management: Maintains regular follow-up with Clients to foster strong relationships and encourage ongoing orders. Builds rapport with key Client personnel, ensuring strong connections with senior management, office staff, and jobsite managers. Conducts post-dispatch check-ins with Clients to guarantee satisfaction and uphold quality control. Provides Clients with regular Employee performance evaluations. Responds proactively and professionally to Client concerns and issues. Field Employee Engagement: Prepares Field Employees for their assignments and assures onboarding support. Maintains relationships with Field Employees through regular check-ins and site visits. Keeps track of Field Employee assignments and needs, addressing any issues promptly. Information Management and Sales Support: Keeps detailed records in Client sales files. Attends and contributes to essential meetings, including one-on-ones with management. Submits a weekly Sales Activity Report. Prepares and shares a weekly action plan with management. Responds to work-related incidents as required. Encourages employee referrals for recruitment efforts. Stays informed about operational procedures and obeys Field Office Manual protocols. Engages in continuous training and development initiatives. Completes additional responsibilities as assigned by management. JOB REQUIREMENTS Exceptional communication skills. Aptitude for building strong relationships with Clients. Ability to nurture relationships with Field Employees. Self-driven and results-oriented mindset. Reliable attendance is crucial to job performance. Familiarity with standard computing and CRM systems is advantageous. Experience in cold calling and canvassing for leads is beneficial. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are mandatory.
