Job Summary The team focuses on generating new business revenue each month, striving to achieve both individual and team goals. As a Sales Account Executive, you will receive comprehensive training in Salesforce, sales management, and business development. Your Key Responsibilities Identify and forge partnerships with professionals in the real estate and mortgage sectors. Assist clients in understanding their insurance requirements, evaluate options from a wide range of carriers, and craft personalized solutions to reduce household risk. Compensation Overview The potential earnings for the first year range from $53,000 to $90,000, depending on your performance. While compensation packages may differ by agency, they typically include uncapped commissions for new business and renewals, enabling you to earn passive income over time. Moreover, top achievers can earn an exclusive invitation to the prestigious President's Club trip each year. Experience and Qualifications Must pass the state licensing exam after joining. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Essential Skills and Attributes Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. B2B or B2C sales experience, or relevant college education. Competitive mindset with strong networking capabilities. Entrepreneurial spirit with a problem-solving attitude. Self-motivated and proactive; ability to take initiative. Effective time management skills and strong attention to detail.
