Construction Contracts Manager

Location: Dublin (multiple residential sites)

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple residential construction projects across Dublin. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires strong commercial acumen and a proven track record in residential construction.

• Oversee and manage multiple residential construction projects simultaneously
  
• Lead and support site management teams, ensuring programme, quality, and safety targets are met
  
• Manage contracts, procurement, and subcontractor performance
  
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, building regulations, and company policies
  
• Liaise with clients, consultants and local authorities
  
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues proactively
  
• Drive programme delivery and contribute to strategic planning and reporting

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline
  
• Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager role within residential construction
  
• Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations, construction contracts, and H&S legislation
  
• Proven experience managing multiple live projects concurrently
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and xcfaprz organisational skills
  
• Commercially astute with strong problem-solving abilities
  
• Full, clean driving licence
