Position: Third in Charge
Hours: 42.5 hours per week
Schedule: Monday - Friday, All year round
Salary: £35,360.00 per annum

In this exciting position, you will:
- Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences tailored to children's age and development.
- Support the holistic development of children—physically, intellectually, socially, and emotionally.
- Assist staff in maintaining high-quality updates on the EyLog system and children's learning journals.
- Lead by example, promoting respect and credibility in your role.
- Help implement an effective key person approach to foster secure attachments.
- Maintain accurate records related to children and staff on the EyMan system.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff member, parent, and visitor.
- Understand and uphold the statutory framework for the EYFS.

What We’re Looking For:To thrive in this role, you will need:
- Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare – Essential.
- Over 1 year of experience working in Early Years – Essential.
- More than 6 months of experience in a senior position – Desirable.
- Sound knowledge of Ofsted expectations for achieving a Good or Outstanding rating – Desirable.
- Understanding of the statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements – Essential.
- Fluency in written and spoken English – Essential.
