Sales Incentive BonusJob DetailsJob Details:We are seeking a dynamic and driven Permanent Sales & Business Development Manager for our aerospace client. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to the growth and success of our business, leveraging their skills in bid and proposal management to secure new business opportunities and drive sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Aerospace industry, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. They will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and managing the bid and proposal process. Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in the Aerospace sector to drive sales growth. Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, including the preparation and presentation of proposals. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals. Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners. Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly. Coordinate liaison between sales department and other sales-related units. Review and analyze sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness. Manage the bid and proposal process, ensuring all bids are competitive, achievable, and effectively communicated to the customer. Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding sales performance. Stay updated with latest developments in the Aerospace industry and competitor activities.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales and Business Development in the Aerospace industry - primarily military & DOD sales. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Exceptional skills in bid and proposal management. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
