Business Intelligence Manager

The Business Intelligence (BI) Manager is responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of BI solutions to provide actionable insights that align with organizational goals. This role involves managing a team of BI developers, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools such as Microsoft SQL Server, Power BI, SSRS, SSIS, and Microsoft Fabric.

The BI Manager will oversee system maintenance, optimize SQL databases, and perform tasks such as backups and query optimization. They will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver BI solutions, while also ensuring data governance best practices are followed. Additionally, the role includes mentoring team members, managing priorities, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, at least 8 years of experience in BI development, and 2 years of leadership experience. Expertise in SQL Server, Power BI, SSIS, and advanced data modeling is essential, with Microsoft Fabric experience being a plus. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are also important.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
