Key responsibilities include: Developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in the construction and design industry. Educating clients on innovative product line and its benefits. Providing technical support and guidance during the design and construction phases. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. Bidding and closing. Meeting or exceeding sales targets within your assigned territory.Desired Qualifications: Proven experience in building materials or architectural sales, preferably with high-performance products. Strong understanding of construction procurement processes, drawings, and specifications. Established relationships with architects, contractors, and distributors in your region. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
