Testing Engineer (Medical)Job Description
- Independently performing expert and standardization tests;
- Preparing test reports in English;
- Professionally handling and storing documents and test samples received during testing;
- Proper use and maintenance of measuring and testing instruments;
- Liaison with customers;
- Cooperation with partner companies in Hungary and abroad.
- Higher education degree in electrical engineering;
- 1-5 years of industrial, development or testing engineering experience;
- Ability to keep up with current and future product safety requirements, testing procedures, instruments and technology;
- Expert activities related to product testing – performing and documenting tests – responsible, professional, unbiased execution;
- Able to understand the scientific/technical concepts and functions of medical devices;
- Attention to detail and accuracy, thoroughness in performing tasks, and ability to work independently under general supervision;
- Business-level English language skills – both written and spoken – that can be used in everyday work;
- Polite and effective communication/correspondence with internal and external customers;
- Engineering mindset;
- User-level computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, an email system, Internet)
- Professional experience in product testing gained at a testing institute/testing laboratory/certification body;
- At least 3 years of experience gained at a medical, in vitro diagnostic, and laboratory equipment manufacturing company (in quality assurance, device testing and/or design, development);
- Knowledge of the international standard ISO/IEC 17025:2017, which contains the general requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories;
- Type B driver's license
