*Position Overview:*
This unique role is designed for a passionate physical therapist ready to embrace growth and leadership. You will provide exceptional patient care while taking on expanded responsibilities beyond traditional clinical duties. In this position, you’ll work closely with senior leadership, contribute to strategic decision-making, and gain valuable experience in practice management and operational excellence.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Patient Care & Clinical Excellence:* Deliver high-quality, evidence-based treatment to a diverse patient population in a supportive, collaborative environment.
* *Leadership Development:* Mentor junior therapists, assist in training programs, and participate in leadership workshops that drive both personal and team growth.
* *Business & Operational Involvement:* Collaborate with management on strategic planning, clinic operations, and quality improvement initiatives to ensure outstanding results.
* *Innovation & Continuous Improvement:* Contribute ideas for new service lines, process enhancements, and patient care strategies that reflect our commitment to “do life better”.

*Qualifications:*
* *Education:* Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
* *Licensure:* Current and valid Colorado Physical Therapy License.
* *Experience:* We facilitate growth at all levels of experience and encourage new grads to apply.

*Compensation & Benefits:*
* *Competitive Salary:* $80,000 - $90,000 per year (based on productivity)
* *Sign-On Bonus:* $20,000
