Technical Advisor

We are looking for a Technical Advisor to join our team!
Job Description
- Open work orders;
- Close work orders;
- Prepare appointments for the following day and manage the fleet of courtesy vehicles
- Answer calls and schedule appointments
- Track parts on order
- Understand and apply the manufacturer’s warranty, including prepaid maintenance plans
- Process requests for extended warranties
- Manage multiple IT platforms

Job Requirements:
- Experience in the automotive industry (any role);
- Passionate about customer service (enjoys working with the public).
We offer a permanent position with a 5-day workweek (Monday through Friday), no weekends.

Salary starting at $70k
