System Engineer

Responsibilities:

Provide PC, server, and Azure support for customers. Assist and support internal and external customers with installation, upgrades, configuration, troubleshooting, and usability of workstations (desktops/laptops), printers, peripheral equipment, networking hardware, VPN, and software (on-site and remote). Offer in-person and remote support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Create, manage, and update server and network-related documentation. Manage and document trouble tickets within the company ticketing system. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate channels. Provide advanced technical support for Microsoft products (Windows 10, Office 2016, etc.). Ensure successful completion of daily tasks. Demonstrate knowledge and experience with Azure services and virtual machines (VM). Create and update system documents, operation manuals, knowledge bases, and troubleshooting histories. Report progress and issues to the supervisor. Perform additional duties as assigned. Experience Required:

2+ years of experience with TCP/IP networking or equivalent knowledge. Skills Required:

Proficiency in English and Japanese (required). Helpdesk support experience (preferred). Strong communication skills for interaction with customers, vendors, carriers, and internal staff. Excellent documentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Visio, Word, etc.). Reliable transportation (own car) for customer office visits. Knowledge of Azure (desired). MCSA/MCSE certifications (desired). Compensation:

$29 per hour Benefits (Full-Time Only):
