Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team and play a critical role in streamlining development and operations processes. This position focuses on building and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines, automating testing and deployment workflows, and improving system observability and monitoring to ensure high availability and performance.

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain efficient CI/CD pipelines to support development and operations teams. Enable seamless integration and delivery processes to accelerate software release cycles. Automate repetitive tasks, including testing, build processes, and deployment workflows. Leverage infrastructure-as-code (IaC) practices to manage and scale infrastructure. Develop and enhance system monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure proactive issue identification and resolution. Implement observability tools to provide actionable insights into application and system performance. Work closely with IT, development, and operations teams to ensure smooth and secure software deployments. Contribute to the adoption of DevOps best practices across the organization. Optimize system performance, resource utilization, and application reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues to maintain system stability. Job Requirements

The following are requirements for consideration:

U.S. citizenship required and an active secret clearance is a plus. At a minimum, must be security clearance eligible. Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions. Proficiency in scripting and automation using tools like Python, Bash, or PowerShell. Experience with containerization and orchestration platforms like Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with migrating SVN repositories to Git. Familiarity with AWS including their managed DevOps tools. Experience with AWS GovCloud is a plus. Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation. Familiarity with security practices in DevOps, including vulnerability scanning and patch management. Certification in cloud platforms (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, etc.) is a plus. Familiarity with compliance standards such as ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 2, FedRAMP is a plus. Salary and Benefits

Salary: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year dependent on experience, skill level, and extent to which the candidate meets desired requirements
