Responsibilities

Lead the creation and adjustment of dashboards using Tableau

Provide technical expertise in data visualization and operational insights via analytics

Coordinate with Client SME for the production deployment of reports

Work with a cross-functional teams to drive improvement and efficiency in a rapidly scaling customer support environment, bringing analytic capabilities and insight

Address business challenges, performance bottlenecks, and growth opportunities with analytical solutions

Measure new strategies or initiatives keeping in mind actionable insights and business impact

Develop partnerships with business and operations leaders and help them strategize, understand, visualize and measure data-driven initiatives

Requirements

Extensive experience working with Data Engineering & Analytics

Expert in Tableau Development

Strong understanding of data visualization, data distributions, data modelling, and aggregation methods

Familiar with operational metric development and ongoing OKR measurement

Proficiency with SQL, Redash, R, Python, Confluence and Jira

Hands on experience building analytical solutions and using data to influence business and operational teams

Ability to produce clean, clear data visualizations that power decisions for senior stakeholders

Experience in AWS environment, preferred experience with AWS Redshift

Comfortable with stakeholder management
