About
Ready to be an integral member of the Sales Analytics team? As the Sales Data Analyst, you will support the Sales team by producing detailed reports from current and archived sales data and identifying and developing unique data collection prospects to show trends within the organization and industry. You will also maintain various reporting systems intended for both company and third-party access.
Are You Looking to:
Collect and clean data related to the sales and product management organizations on daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Create, maintain and modify reports to accelerate the processes of data analysis
Upload reports in various formats to multiple locations for internal and external stakeholders
Develop standards of operation for handling and archiving data
Are You Ready to:
Integrate new acquisitions into current data standards and structures of existing consolidated reports
Evaluate the design, selection, and implementation of database changes by comparing them with sales requirements
Assess system performance of data collecting systems
Ensure data and information security by integrating and upholding digital security system permissions for the extranet, SharePoint, and other shared report repositories
What You'll Need:
Experience compiling, cleaning, analyzing, interpreting, and organizing large amounts of data for distribution and use by sales reps and product managers required; 3-5 years' work experience in a data analyst role preferred
Demonstrated experience in Excel required, particularly with:
Working with complex/linked formulas, tables, and spreadsheets
Pivot tables
Macros
Understanding of Visual Basic and Power Query
High school diploma or GED equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a business/finance, economics, or math, or equivalent education and training preferred
Experience with Power BI, SQL and Microsoft D365 is a plus
Communication skills to translate complex problems using non-technical terms, ability to work with many people internally and externally in a team environment
Excellent time management skills and the ability to work towards meeting multiple deadlines simultaneously
Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to transport items weighing up to 15 pounds occasionally
