Sales Manager

NextStep Recruiting is partnering with a leader in Electronics Manufacturing in Ashburn, VA! They seek a Sales Manager - Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS) to join their team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for expanding and managing sales opportunities and developing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities :

Manage accounts and provide solutions to meet customers' needs and specifications Coordinate with customers and internal engineering team to ensure proper solutions are met Promote product solutions and increase annual revenue Support market analysis on new products, new markets, and developments within the industry Support company and product promotions at exhibitions Requirements :

A bachelor's degree in business or a related field required 3+ years of experience in Telecom, IT, or Consumer Electronics sales Familiar with critical power systems including Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), Power Distribution Unit (PDU), and Static Transfer Switch (STS) CRM systems experience Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred Must be able to travel both nationally and internationally as needed
