Job Summary:
The QA Analyst role supports the Judicial Branch as part of the Data and Project Management Team. This position ensures software quality, data integrity, and system reliability across judicial applications and statewide reporting systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and document test plans, cases, and scripts for system, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
Validate data integrity and accuracy across applications, databases, and reporting systems.
Collaborate with PMs, BAs, developers, and stakeholders to define acceptance criteria.
Support statewide IT modernization and data validation initiatives.
Analyze and troubleshoot defects, document findings, and support resolution.
Track quality metrics and recommend process improvements.
Required Experience:
Proven experience in software testing and QA methodologies.
Strong background in writing and executing test cases and test scripts.
Experience with Jira or Zephyr QA software.
Analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Nice-to-Have Experience:
Familiarity with Tyler Technologies Enterprise Justice Software.
Testing experience in government, judicial, or public sector IT systems.
Data migration and reporting system testing experience.
