We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Professional to join our automotive service team. In this role, you'll build lasting client relationships while maximizing service revenue through expert repair recommendations and solutions.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Consult with customers to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
• Translate technical diagnoses into clear, value-focused recommendations
• Proactively identify and present additional service opportunities
• Navigate price objections while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient service delivery
• Follow up with customers on pending recommendations and future maintenance
Qualifications
Requirements:
• 2+ years of consultative sales experience
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must complete the DISC assessment with the application
• Show a history of job stability
