Sales Associate
Title: Sales Associate
Reports To: Commercial Director
Location: Canary Wharf (with flexibility across ARK sites)
Salary: £30,000 + performance-based incentives
Working Hours: 5 days a week, including weekends and evenings as required to cover tours About ARK Co-living ARK Living delivers design-led, community-driven living across co-living, student, and hospitality assets. The Role We are looking for a commercially driven and highly motivated Sales Associate. This is a front-line revenue role, responsible for owning the full sales cycle from enquiry through to move-in, while contributing to occupancy, pricing performance, and overall business success. Able to operate independently and based on-site, we are ideally searching for someone with experience delivering the end-to-end lettings and sales process.
The role will be supported with marketing resources and a fantastic onsite team. You will work with a progressive, contemporary, and well-designed scheme located on a beautiful urban site that is expected to attract high demand and interest. Responsibilities Sales and Conversion
o Own the full long-stay sales journey: enquiry, tour, application, close, and move-in
o Actively manage and convert all inbound and outbound leads
o Achieve and exceed monthly occupancy and conversion targets. Lead and Pipeline Management
o
Manage all enquiries through CRM systems with clear tracking and reporting
o
Conduct background checks, reference checks, and other verification processes to ensure a high-quality resident base.
o
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date pipeline. Viewings & Customer Experience
o
Conduct high-quality property tours showcasing ARKs product and community
o
Deliver a best-in-class viewing experience
o
Respond promptly to enquiries, address concerns, and resolve issues for both prospective and current residents
o
Foster a sense of community within the property by organising and supporting resident events and activities. Commercial Awareness
o
Stay informed on pricing, availability, and competitor positioning
o
Provide feedback on demand and customer trends. Documentation & Compliance
o
Manage applications, referencing, and documentation accurately. Community & Brand
o
Support onboarding of new members and represent ARK brand standards. Core Competencies
Proven sales record
Confidence in calling leads and closing deals
Ability to achieve and exceed monthly conversion targets
Strong understanding of occupancy performance vs. budget
Fast and efficient lead response time
Strong viewing-to-booking ratio
Ability to work independently with a self-motivated and professional attitude
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with property management software
