This is an excellent opportunity to join an active and growing investment team focused on backing scalable, growth-oriented companies. The fund takes a hands-on approach to value creation, working closely with management teams to drive strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and long-term growth.
You will work directly with senior investment professionals across the full deal lifecycle, including:
- Deal origination and evaluation of new investment opportunities
- Financial modelling and valuation (LBO, DCF, trading comparables)
- Transaction execution, due diligence, and deal structuring
- Preparation of investment committee materials
- Portfolio company monitoring and involvement in strategic and operational initiatives

We are keen to speak with candidates who have:
- 2β4 yearsβ experience in private equity, investment banking, transaction services, or corporate finance
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities, with a solid grounding in LBO analysis
- Excellent academic credentials
- High levels of commercial judgement and attention to detail
- The ability to operate effectively in a lean, high-performance environment
- ACA or CFA qualification (or progress towards) is highly desirable
