Private Equity Analyst

We are partnering with a well-established, mid-market private equity fund based in Dublin, with a strong track record of investing in and scaling Irish businesses.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an active and growing investment team focused on backing scalable, growth-oriented companies. The fund takes a hands-on approach to value creation, working closely with management teams to drive strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and long-term growth.

You will work directly with senior investment professionals across the full deal lifecycle, including:

• Deal origination and evaluation of new investment opportunities
• Financial modelling and valuation (LBO, DCF, trading comparables)
• Transaction execution, due diligence, and deal structuring
• Preparation of investment committee materials
• Portfolio company monitoring and involvement in strategic and operational initiatives

We are keen to speak with candidates who have:

• 2–4 years’ experience in private equity, investment banking, transaction services, or corporate finance
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities, with a solid grounding in LBO analysis
• Excellent academic credentials
• High levels of commercial judgement and attention to detail
• The ability to operate effectively in a lean, high-performance environment
• ACA or CFA qualification (or progress towards) is highly desirable
