Job Brief: We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Project Manager to support the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate project tasks, ensuring timelines are met, and communicating effectively with stakeholders to drive project success.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Support the planning and scheduling of project tasks and milestones
  • Monitor project progress and report on key metrics to stakeholders
  • Help manage risks, issues, and dependencies across project phases
  • Facilitate communication between teams and external partners
  • Document project plans, status reports, meeting agendas, notes and next steps
  • Assist in quality assurance and compliance with project standards
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency

Requirements

  • 2–3 years experience or knowledge in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Experience with and Google Drive is preferable
  • Good understanding of project management tools (JIRA, Trello, MS Project, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of data analytics, KPIs, and customer success metrics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Proven record of delivering SaaS/IT projects on time and within budget
