We aim to do this through strong engineering fundamentals, thoughtful system design, and technology‑led innovation that scales with our clients’ needs.

Summary

We are looking for a seasoned and forward‑thinking Cloud Solutions Architect, a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise and a passion for architecting cloud‑native enterprise systems. Someone who thrives in fast‑paced, collaborative environments and takes pride in delivering high‑quality, scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will bring experience designing secure, scalable enterprise systems in cloud environments, identity platforms, and enterprise integration patterns. This is an opportunity to influence the evolution of our platform while fostering innovation and collaboration across global engineering teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end architecture design of an investment management and trading SaaS platform using AWS technologies.
  • Define and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and reusable design patterns.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and security teams.
  • Ensure the platform meets enterprise‑grade SLAs for performance, security, availability, and compliance (e.g., SOC2, PCI‑DSS).
  • Provide architectural direction across development teams and lead technical design reviews.
  • Participate in strategic planning, technical roadmap development, and system architecture reviews.
  • Drive proof‑of‑concepts and prototyping of innovative solutions and tools.
  • Lead the modernization of legacy trading systems, migrating from monolithic architectures to modular, cloud‑native services that improve scalability, latency, and fault tolerance. Ensure continuity of business logic while modernizing core infrastructure.
  • Leverage AI and machine learning tools to drive platform innovation, automate operations, and enhance developer productivity.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate AI‑powered insights across the application lifecycle and customer experience.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline. MS degree preferred.

Key Skills and Prior Experience

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in an architecture role.
  • Proven track record designing and architecting cloud native solutions.
  • Strong object‑oriented programming skills in Java or C#.
  • Deep understanding of cloud‑native design patterns to build scalable, maintainable, and secure cloud applications.
  • In‑depth knowledge of event‑driven architectures and real‑time data streaming using tools like Apache Kafka.
  • Experience with Kubernetes focused on designing scalable, secure, and resilient micro‑service architectures.
  • Solid understanding of data security principles including encryption, key management, and secure design principles.
  • Deep understanding of identity protocols and cloud authentication flows.
  • Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines that support blue/green deployments, canary releases, and automated rollback strategies.
  • Strong understanding of application monitoring, observability, and alerting practices to ensure system reliability, performance, and rapid incident response.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well with peers in a collaborative team environment. xcfaprz
