Planner

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Planner to support the successful delivery of construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.

In this role, you will work closely with project teams, senior management, clients, and design teams to ensure effective planning, coordination, and project control. • Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project programmes from tender stage through to completion
  
• Collaborate with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure programmes are realistic and aligned with project objectives
  
• Track progress against milestones, identifying risks, delays, and mitigation strategies proactively
  
• Prepare short‑term and long‑term schedules, lookaheads, and progress reports
  
• Support project teams in sequencing works to ensure efficient and timely delivery
  
• Assist in preparing planning reports, programme narratives, and tender submissions
  
• Review project information to ensure alignment with construction methodology and site constraints
  
• Participate in project meetings and clearly communicate programme performance to stakeholders
  
• Contribute to continuous improvement of planning standards and project controls
  
• Ensure planning activities prioritise safety, quality, sustainability, time, and cost
  

• 
  
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline
  
• Previous experience in a Planner or similar role within the construction industry
  
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and project delivery
  
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  
• Proactive and solution‑focused approach
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  
• Proficiency in planning software and Microsoft Office
