We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Planner to support the successful delivery of construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.

In this role, you will work closely with project teams, senior management, clients, and design teams to ensure effective planning, coordination, and project control. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project programmes from tender stage through to completion
- Collaborate with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure programmes are realistic and aligned with project objectives
- Track progress against milestones, identifying risks, delays, and mitigation strategies proactively
- Prepare short‑term and long‑term schedules, lookaheads, and progress reports
- Support project teams in sequencing works to ensure efficient and timely delivery
- Assist in preparing planning reports, programme narratives, and tender submissions
- Review project information to ensure alignment with construction methodology and site constraints
- Participate in project meetings and clearly communicate programme performance to stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement of planning standards and project controls
- Ensure planning activities prioritise safety, quality, sustainability, time, and cost
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline
- Previous experience in a Planner or similar role within the construction industry
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and project delivery
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Proactive and solution‑focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficiency in planning software and Microsoft Office
