About
The Program Lead is responsible for end‑to‑end ownership of complex, cross‑functional programs. This role ensures that strategic initiatives are planned, executed, and delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The Program Lead works closely with senior stakeholders, project managers, product owners, and functional teams to drive outcomes and manage risks.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the overall program vision, roadmap, and delivery strategy
- Translate business goals into executable program plans
- Establish program governance, cadence, and reporting mechanisms
- Ensure alignment with organizational priorities and KPIs
Execution & Delivery
- Oversee multiple interdependent projects within the program
- Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues across workstreams
Ensure delivery against timelines, budget, and quality benchmarks
Drive decision‑making and unblock escalations proactively
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior leadership
- Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes clearly and regularly
- Facilitate alignment across business, technology, and operations teams
- Influence without authority to drive shared ownership
Financial & Risk Management
- Manage program budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program‑level risks
- Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
- Mentor project managers and workstream leads
- Promote best practices in program and project management
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement
Program & Project Management
- Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models
- Proficiency with tools like Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, etc.
Leadership & Communication
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities
- Ability to manage ambiguity and fast‑changing priorities xcfaprz
Business & Analytical Skills
- Strategic thinking with strong business acumen
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actions
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and benefit realization
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- MBA or relevant certifications preferred (PMP, PgMP, SAFe, PRINCE2)
