About The Role
As General Manager, you will oversee the full operation of a vibrant, high‑volume venue offering:
Allday dining from breakfast to dinner
A stylish horseshoe‑shaped bar serving premium drinks
A fresh deli and barista counter
Corporate events, private dining, and bespoke group experiences
This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, loves building strong teams, and takes pride in creating memorable hospitality moments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse front‑of‑house team
Ensure exceptional service standards across restaurant, bar, deli, and events
Oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and training
Manage budgets, cost controls, and financial performance
Drive sales through innovative ideas, events, and guest engagement
Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations
Drives H&S training
Build strong relationships with guests, corporate clients, and Kildare Village partners
About You
Proven experience as a General Manager or senior hospitality leader (minimum 3 years)
Strong operational knowledge across restaurant, bar, and cafe environments
A natural leader with excellent communication and people skills
Passionate about hospitality, service xcfaprz excellence, and team culture
Confident managing events, private dining, and high‑profile clientele
Organised, commercially minded, and calm under pressure
