Sales Manager:
NextDeavor is seeking a Chinese speaking Sales Manager for a SaaS company that provides a comprehensive POS system tailored to the evolving needs of the restaurant industry, supporting over 2,000 partners in 20 major U.S. cities. This role is responsible for promoting the POS solution to local and regional restaurants, driving adoption through prospecting, relationship-building, and closing partnerships. By understanding each restaurant's unique needs, the Sales Manager will deliver customized technology solutions to help clients succeed.
Here's how you'll make an impact on the team:
Understand the competitive landscape and identify how to position restaurant technology in the market.
Research and qualify potential clients who would benefit from the platform.
Engage in outbound prospecting through cold visits, calls, emails, marketing campaigns, and other channels.
Conduct product demos and create customized solutions based on clients' needs.
Meet KPIs and goals, including daily outreach targets and onboarding new partners each month.
Manage sales activities and track results using CRM tools.
Collaborate with the regional team to ensure smooth product/service delivery and client satisfaction.
Here's what you'll need to be successful in this role:
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred
Bilingual in Chinese and English
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities
Proven ability to sell and upsell products
Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic environment
Quick learner with the ability to master new technology
Proficient in using collaborative and internal tools (Salesforce, Slack, Google Apps) or able to learn quickly
Pay Range:
$50,000 - $80,000 annually, plus commission
