What You'll Do:
Lead with Purpose: Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless service from the moment our first guest walks in until the last plate is cleared.
Team Development: Help train, mentor, and motivate our amazing front-of-house and heart-of-house teams, fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performing environment.
Guest Experience Champion: Ensure every guest leaves with a smile, handling feedback and going the extra mile to create memorable dining experiences.
Operational Excellence: Support inventory management, uphold our high standards for food safety and cleanliness, and assist with scheduling to optimize efficiency.
Bridge the Gap: Use your unique FOH and HOH experience to foster strong communication and synergy between the kitchen and dining room teams.
Problem Solver: Proactively address challenges, big or small, to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Brand Ambassador: Live and breathe the Anna's House spirit, embodying our commitment to quality, warmth, and community.
What You Bring:
Emerging Leadership: 1-2 years of restaurant leadership experience (beyond a supervisory role, but not yet at an AGM level).
Dual Expertise: Proven experience working in both front-of-house (FOH) and heart-of-house (HOH) roles. You understand what it takes to run a successful shift from every angle!
Passion for People: A genuine love for hospitality and a natural ability to connect with both guests and team members.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Communication Pro: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Adaptability: Ability to remain calm, cool, and collected under pressure.
Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and ready to contribute to each shift.
Positive Attitude: An enthusiastic and proactive approach to problem-solving and team building.
Early Bird: Comfortable with early morning shifts, as breakfast is our bread and butter!
