Sales Director - In Home Sales (Philadelphia Market)
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Sales Director is responsible for managing and leading the Outside Sales Team within the Philadelphia Market. This leader will oversee day-to-day sales operations, develop strategic sales initiatives, and drive team performance to achieve revenue and growth targets. The Sales Director's primary responsibilities include, but aren't limited to, sales strategy development, training and development, team leadership, and performance management, and hiring and training sales team. Additionally, the Sales Director will collaborate with senior leadership (Sales, Marketing, and Operations) to ensure alignment and consistency across the organization in pursuit of revenue goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and manage the Outside Sales Team - Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of high-performing sales representatives in the Philadelphia Market, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Drive revenue growth - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed territory revenue targets and KPIs.
Performance management - Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and support individual development plans to ensure optimal performance across the sales team.
Sales process optimization - Identify and implement best practices for prospecting, lead generation, customer engagement, and closing deals.
Market analysis - Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the Philadelphia Market to inform sales strategy and identify new revenue opportunities.
Data-driven decision-making - Monitor and analyze department metrics to track progress toward sales goals, making data-driven adjustments to strategy as needed.
Technology integration - Evaluate and leverage CRM, sales tools, and reporting systems to drive efficiency, pipeline visibility, and forecast accuracy.
Collaboration with senior leadership - Partner with other business units (Sales Ops, Marketing, Product Development, etc.) to ensure cohesive strategies and alignment with business goals.
Continuous improvement - Stay current on industry trends and sales best practices to innovate and improve sales processes.
Team communication - Lead weekly team meetings and provide clear communication regarding goals, initiatives, and expectations.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience as a Sales Director, Regional Sales Manager, or Sales Leader managing IN HOME sales teams is a MUST.
Track record of exceeding revenue goals and driving team performance in a quota-driven environment.
Strong experience in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing sales teams.
Proficiency with CRM software and sales enablement tools.
Ability to interpret sales analytics and create actionable strategies based on data.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Strong ability to influence, motivate, and drive high levels of engagement among a team.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
OTE: $180,000 - $220,000
