*Overview*
We are seeking an experienced *Onsite Lead Technician / Project Coordinator* to oversee a one-day installation project. This individual will act as the *primary point of contact onsite*, managing a third-party vendor team while ensuring work is completed according to scope and standards.
This role requires a technician who is comfortable with both *electrical and data installation environments*, and who can provide leadership, coordination, and real-time communication with the project team.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Serve as the *onsite lead and representative* for the project
* Oversee and coordinate activities of the *onsite vendor team*
* Ensure work aligns with project scope, quality standards, and timeline
* Provide *real-time updates* to the project manager
* Assist with basic electrical and data-related tasks if needed
* Identify and escalate any issues or risks during execution
* Verify completion of work and confirm site readiness
*Qualifications*
* Experience with *electrical and data/IT installations*
* Prior experience in a *lead or supervisory role onsite*
* Strong communication and coordination skills
* Ability to manage vendors and keep projects on track
* Comfortable working independently and making decisions onsite
* Reliable, punctual, and professional
*Additional Information*
* This is a *1-day project (8 hours)*
* Technician will act as the *bridge between vendor team and project management*
* Must be proactive and detail-oriented
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
