We are seeking a strategic and results-driven *Senior Product Manager* to lead our *Cash Management Product Portfolio*. This role is responsible for managing the lifecycle of our cash automation solutions, with a focus on innovation, market alignment, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of cash handling technologies, customer needs in banking/retail environments, and strong product leadership skills.
* *Own the product lifecycle* for the cash recycling and smart safe portfolio – from market research and roadmap definition to launch, optimization, and sunset.
* *Define product vision and strategy* aligned with business goals, customer needs, and industry trends.
* Conduct *market intelligence* and competitive analysis to identify gaps, opportunities, and emerging technologies in cash handling and automation.
* Develop and maintain detailed *product roadmaps*, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer value, ROI, and technical feasibility.
* Collaborate closely with *engineering, operations, sales, and marketing* to deliver high-quality products on schedule.
* Translate complex customer requirements into clear, actionable *product specifications* and user stories.
* Lead *go-to-market planning*, pricing strategies, product positioning, and sales enablement initiatives.
* Act as the *voice of the customer*, gathering feedback and measuring product performance to inform continuous improvement.
* Support *strategic partnerships* and vendor relationships related to hardware, software, and service components of the product.
* *5–10 years* of product management experience, with *direct exposure to cash recycling, ATM, cash handling, or retail cash management*.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or equivalent preferred.
* Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand hardware-software integrations and operational workflows.
* Proven track record of *launching and scaling complex B2B products* in financial services, retail, or cash logistics.
* Excellent *communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration* skills.
* Experience working in *agile environments* and with cross-border teams.
* Experience presenting to executive stakeholders, clients, and partners.

Pay: $180,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
