  • Analyze transactional and financial data to generate insights that support business growth and strategic decision‑making.
  • Build and maintain end‑to‑end data pipelines to ensure reliable and scalable data workflows.
  • Design and manage dashboards to enable self‑service analytics for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, and other teams to translate business needs into data solutions.
  • Present findings through clear visualizations and storytelling to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Support financial efficiency initiatives by providing data‑driven recommendations.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency, maintaining a single source of truth across reporting systems.
  • Automate and optimize data processes, incorporating predictive analytics where relevant.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a data analytics role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, with experience in large‑scale data environments (e.g., BigQuery is a plus).
  • Solid data modeling and analytical skills.
  • Experience using Python for data analysis and automation.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and dashboarding platforms (e.g., Looker preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex insights clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Bonus: Experience in finance, fintech, or crypto domains, and familiarity with GCP tools.
